This Privacy Policy applies to the ShopCheck Pro mobile application and related services operated by Glaser GmbH (the “Application”). Glaser GmbH is referred to below as the “Service Provider”.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of normal network communication. The Service Provider does not retain this data or use it for tracking.
Precise location information
The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Third-party access
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not share such information with third parties.
Data Retention
Glaser GmbH does not retain personal data collected through normal use of ShopCheck Pro because the Application does not collect or store such personal information on the Service Provider's systems.
Accordingly, there is no routine server-side retention period for personal application data.
Shopping lists and related list content are designed to be stored locally on your device. The Service Provider does not keep a server-side copy of that local application content.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email or another direct communication channel, the information you choose to provide may remain in that communication channel only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Data Deletion
There is no personal application data to delete from the Service Provider’s systems because ShopCheck Pro does not collect or store personal information through normal use.
Shopping-list content stored locally on your device can be removed through the application's list-management controls, your device's application-storage controls, or by uninstalling the Application.
If you voluntarily send information directly to Glaser GmbH, you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@glasergmbh.online.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no routine personal-data collection from which you need to opt out. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or market to them.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal-data exposure through the Service Provider is limited. The Service Provider nevertheless applies reasonable safeguards to systems under its control.
Data Breach Notification
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, a breach affecting application user data held by the Service Provider is unlikely. If a security incident affects information you voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, notification will be made where required by applicable law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page together with an updated effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, the Service Provider will follow those requirements.
Your Consent
Where you voluntarily provide information directly to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
